2: It must be signed by two witnesses and also notarized by a Notary Public or a Lawyer

3: Muslims are also urged to have at least two signatories on their bank accounts with an agreement of survivorship. What this means is that the surviving spouse has the right to operate the account. This will save a great deal of trouble in case there is an unfortunate tragedy in the family. Retrieving one's rights through courts afterward is very expensive.

Muslims in Canada made history when the first-ever Tafsir written directly in English was launched at an impressive ceremony on Saturday May 24 at the Islamic Society of York Region.
